you need to wait at least 72hrs for the store to notify us of your purchase. And then it will show as pending.
After that, shops can then take up to 90 days to confirm and release funds.

If using a desktop, and logged in. Hover over your
name (top right hand corner) then, click cashback activities. you will see if it is pending or not. Allow 72 hrs. If you see the amount pending ..it's looking good.
And no need to do anything.

If using a mobile phone app, whilst logged in, touch on the menu, (top left had corner)
then choose dashboard. you will see if it is pending or not. Allow 72 hrs.
